This session will allow the participant to learn about how diet impacts mood states, mental energy and overall well-being. The participant will be able to detail how cognitive abilities and even mood states are influenced during pregnancy, and how lifestyle choices make real world impacts throughout the entire lifecycle.
The attendee will gain a deeper understanding of how nutrition impacts neurotransmitters, brain biogenesis, blood sugar regulation, and much more. The nutrition connection to mental wellness is one not often discussed, yet it is impacted from the time of pregnancy throughout the entire lifecycle. How food (and targeted nutrition) can be used to support good mood will be an important part of this seminar.
